So I've been meaning to share this DIY post for a while since it came out in the Singapore Straits Times last week (exciting!). It's a super simple easy bracelet to make and it's pretty cute looking too!

Here's what you'll need:

22-24cm of 1.5mm Leather Cord
2cm of Crystal Rhinestone Chain
50-60cm of Embroidery Floss
A disc washer
A pair of scissors

Step-by-Step:

1. Fold one end of the leather cording taking about 6cm to form a loop. The loop should fit around the disc washer, which serves as the clasp. Holding tightly on the loop, bring the embroidery floss upwards along the leather cord and towards the loop. Then wrap around the base of the loop at least 5-6 times, working downwards in the opposite direction. This secures the floss string.

2. Wrapping the floss about 5.5cm down, place the rhinestone chain against the leather cord. Continue wrapping the floss in between the rhinestone chain links, until you reach about 5cm.

3. Taking the leather and floss, tie a knot and string through the disc washer finishing it with another knot. Leaving about a 1cm from the knot, snip off the excess length and Voila!
